Yoga Instructor
KAITLIN PARKER
Kaitlin started practicing yoga in 2001 at the community center of her hometown in McKinney, TX, as a way to gain strength and maintain flexibility from her former years of ballet and modern dance. It wasn't long before she began to notice a decrease in daily stress and an increase in energy. Intrigued, she joined a yoga studio and became more interested in the spiritual aspects of yoga. Kaitlin's classes are characterized by a smooth vinyasa flow and a sense of lila, a Sanskrit word meaning creative play. She loves being able to share the gift of yoga with others. |
